• Training focuses on the people and groups in the organization, and, the quality of interactions between them.
• Innovation facilitates the creation of an aspect of the organization not yet formed.

We are available for hire in three levels of interaction, depending on the degree of help and participation your team desires from your consultant.

• Advisory For small teams charged with getting the
  job done, the advisory role provides needed support as a sounding board for plans, evaluating implementation steps, clarifying of key moves, assisting in decision making, objective review of the design of the company capacity, and facilitation of the transition process. Most project times that require an advisor last 90 days, at which time our consultants are constantly accessible by phone and email for review and advice.

   

• ConsultativeIn addition to the responsibilities and contributions outlined in the advisory section, the consultative offers 3 programs.

  Organizational Structural Design (OSD) – Results in the creation of company specific Strategic Composition TM. As the result of the new design of the organization, recommendations to systems, procedures to work, and services are identified for optimal performance within the new structure of the company. During the projet duration we will be available for pre-selected meetings, evaluate effectiveness over the life of the project (usually 4-6 months) and be available at the request of the primary team for assessment of the Strategic Composition TM

  Mangerial Moment of Truth (MOMT)
  This half to full day program involves supervisors, team leaders and managers who are accountable for team productivity. The innovative approach used successfully by companies of all sizes has been reported to increase capacity by 29% without adding to company cost. Through development of effective forms of communication inadequate team member performance can be addressed in a honest and supportive manner.

  Personal Structural Consultation (PSC) by which selected managers, team leaders and others are assisted individually to develop, improve or enhance their capacity to advance their role in the overall design of the company. This can include recommendations regarding appropriate personnel changes as well as providing specific skill development and counseling to any employees identified as requiring it by the primary team.

• Collaborative

  In addition to the offering previously described, as collaborator our consultant recommends specific work distribution changes, assists the team in new service and product development, as well as executive coaching if desired to assist the leaders in the organization as the change effort proceeds. This includes an audit at a future date, determined by you (6 months after the transition is completed) to measure results against the baseline previously established. Involvement time is recommended to be 9 months and the additional later audit.

Cost of Services

Fees vary, as it is not dependent upon time but on the results delivered. Typically a percentage of the expected ROI is calculated as the set fee. Hourly or daily fees are never assesed as we feel its important that investment decisions are not required each time assistance is required from our consultants.

Fee options are all inclusive of expenses as long as the work is done within the general area. All travel, administative, logistical and communication expenses are included, so there is never any further amount due.

Payment terms for all options are as follows:

• Fifty percent due on acceptance of proposal
• Fifty percent due 45 days after acceptance

Canellation Notice

All projects, once approved, are non-cancellable for any reason, although it maybe delayed, rescheduled, and otherwise postponed without any penalty whatsoever.

Our work is guaranteed.

In the event it is assessed that our consultant has not meet the standards described within the agreement, based on our mutual conversation and agreements, your entire fee will be refunded upon notification.
