Leading the Change Effort
Architecture begins with questions. The differences in architecture today are really the differences in the questions we address.

In today’s ever changing markets leaders must be able and willing to ask questions that change with market and organizational dynamics. Questions are a powerful tool and a strategic advantage. Successful leaders use questions that provide insight and clarity to focus the purpose and aspirations of the organization as well as acknowledge honestly the current state of the organization. The leader, holding those two complementary data points is well positioned to build energy and momentum in teams and customers.

Leading a successful change effort takes a team.
It takes different perspectives to understand the building of the business.
Our consulting services provide the in depth questions that produce clarifying insight into the relationships that impact the function of the organization. Unlike the big consulting firms that ask generalized questions that seek to compare the organization to industry leaders, our consulting approach identifies the specific outcomes to build the offering. The Strategic Composition identifies actions and outcomes that develop and improve the unique capacities of the organization that produce the unique offerings for the company.

Effective Leadership Training
For the people who are charged with the responsibility for the entire organization, coaching is a great way to improve their executive focus and decision making skills. In our highly technological world where decisions are made rapidly and relationships are transactional, executives will find that coaching provides the feedback and level of intimacy required to build trust.
What is the purpose of executive coaching?
Basically it allows executives to think through the key issues he or she faces with an unbiased, confidential person. The relationship created with the consultant is in addition to and does not replace existing relationships with the senior management, board members or other advisers. When on-going formal relationships and established roles are a consideration, it can be difficult for executives to “think out loud”.
The typical working pattern entails two elements:
An overnight retreat conducted quarterly with only the executive and the consultant in attendance. The retreat starts in the morning of the first day and finishes after lunch on the second. The retreat takes place at a convenient hotel or resort that offers some form of exercise or recreation. The pace of activities is slow so as to facilitate reflection and the pursuit of issues to a deeper level than afforded during normal work time.
Periodic phone conversations as desired by the executive, with a minimum of one conversation per month to maintain a continuity of understanding of critical issues.
advise on the content of an issue, but rather from a clarification of the executive’s thinking about the elements impacting the issue and their interconnections.
