Based on the book, The Path of Least Resistance for Managers by Robert Fritz, the Organizational Structural Design consultation results in a comprehensive strategic composition. The management team develops a clear understanding of the how the parts of the organization impact the overall company goals, and how those parts act together to form advancing patterns of success or oscillating patterns of poor performance.
As a graduate of the Certified Structural Consultant
program, Jeremy has trained with Robert Fritz, Inc. Over 80,000 people in twenty-seven countries have participated in training’s created by Robert Fritz. As a graduate of the Certified Structural Consultation program Jeremy is available to lead consultations and training’s for organizations seeking successful change efforts and sustainable growth. The consultation often consists of three phase strategic planning session.
Phase One
Jeremy will interview the key people in one-on-one, twenty minute to half-hour sessions to obtain viewpoints on current methods of operation, roles, goals, departmental relationships, etc. A clear picture of the current organizational and operating structure of the client organization will be summarized from these interviews. Then Jeremy will provide a verbal debriefing of his Structural Analysis at the end of Phase One and a summary report for the management team.
Phase Two
These two phases will focus on planning the strategic direction for the organization. The following aspects of

Phase Three
Following the development of the strategic composition and its component strategies, Jeremy will continue to work with the management team to evaluate and adjust as necessary tactics and strategy towards the desired end result. This if often done as a weekly phone conference.
